摘  要:开发了一种加入量超低的冷芯盒树脂。试验检测表明,该树脂比传统树脂初强度提高20%以上,终强度和高湿强度提高10%以上;"超低加入量"冷芯盒树脂的发气量与传统树脂相当;粘度低,混砂均匀性好,芯砂流动性比传统树脂芯砂流动性提高10%左右。芳烃含量降低20%左右,游离甲醛含量≤0.1%。生产厂家使用情况表明,"超低加入量"冷芯盒树脂加入量低,使用稳定性高,VOC低;浇注后,烟气量和有害气体排放下降20%以上,砂芯溃散性好。The cold box resin with super low addition was introduced. The test result shows that initial strength of this resin is 20% higher than traditional resin and final strength and strength under high humidity were increased by 10%. Gas emission of super low addition cold box resin equals to traditional resin, viscosity is low and mixing performance is good, flow ability of core sand is increase by 10% than traditional resin. Aromatics content is 20% lower; F.F. is not over 0.1%. It is approved by our end users that the addition ratio of super low addition cold box resin is low, high stability, low VOC, smoke and toxic gas emission is reduced by more than 20% after pouring, collapsibility of core sand is excellent.
