摘  要:利用温度场数值模拟软件对金属型耐磨铸球的凝固过程进行了数值计算。在研究铸球凝固过程温度分布规律的基础上,通过改进铸造工艺,消除了耐磨铸球的缩孔、缩松缺陷,保证了耐磨铸球的质量。The solidification process ofthe wear-resisting cast balls made by metal mold was simulated bY using software of temperature field numerical simulation. On the basis of the study of temperature distribution law of cast ball solidification process, by improving the casting process, the defects such as shrinkage and dispersed shrinkage were eliminated, which guarantee the quality of the cast ball.
