论档案工作改革前法国档案工作面临的困境

摘　　要：本文通过对法国大革命前法国社会历史的回顾,梳理了文艺复兴运动后欧洲社会档案利用方面存在的矛盾问题,运用比较研究方法对英国与法国分散式档案管理体制的异同点进行了分析,指出法国薄弱的分散管理体制束缚档案利用的因由,并阐释了在行政与财政双重危机下,法国社会档案观念产生的根源。Based on the review of the French social history before the French Revolution, this paper analyzes the contradictions in the social use of archives after the Renaissance in European, and analyzes the similarities and differences between the British and French decentralized archives management system by using the comparative research method, and points out that the reason why the use of archives is bound by the weak decentralized management system in France, and explains the French social archives concept of the root causes in the administrative and financial double crisis.
