摘　　要：上海市某优秀历史建筑,由于建造年代久远,存在一定的损伤和缺陷,已影响到正常使用,需要进行全面加固修复。加固修复前,对房屋质量进行全面的检测鉴定,并在此基础上,提出相应的加固修复方案。加固修复方案充分考虑房屋作为优秀历史建筑与一般建筑的区别,在首先满足保护要求的前提下进行加固修复,最终修复效果良好。it＇s an excellent historical building in Shanghai, due to long history, it has some damages and defects, which have affected building＇s normal use, so it needs to be comprehensively reinforced and repaired. Before the reinforcement, building＇s quality was comprehensively inspected and identified, the corresponding reinforcement and repair plan was proposed based on the prior inspection. Reinforcement program will fully consider the differences between excellent historical building and general building, reinforcement shall be completed under the premise of satisfying the protection requirements, and the final repair results are good.
