摘　　要：对于大学生素质的提高考察的主要看高校思想政治工作者的各方面的综合素质,所以提高大学生的思想政治教育,重要前提条件是培养思想政治高素质人才。在新时期下思想政治教育工作者要积极地培养自身的政治、道德思想、知识和心理素质,提高自身较高政治觉悟和建立以德树人的教学模式,充分发挥高校思想政治教育工作者自身素质的提高。For the improvement of quality of college students is the major ideological and political workers of comprehensive quality, so strengthening and improving the ideological and political education of college students, the important precondition is to develop the ideological and political high-quality talent. In the new era of ideological and political education workers should actively cultivate its own political and moral ideas, knowledge and psychological quality, improve their high political consciousness and the establishment of good for ents teaching mode, give full play to the importance of ideological and political education workers quality and important role.
