摘 要:以己二酸和甲醇为原料、耐温阳离子树脂为催化剂,采用自催化预酯化和连续催化精馏组合工艺合成己二酸二甲酯,考察了预酯化和连续酯化反应的反应温度、反应时间、醇酸摩尔比等因素对己二酸转化率和己二酸二甲酯选择性的影响。实验结果表明,在醇酸摩尔比3、反应温度140℃、饱和蒸汽压、反应时间60 min的最佳预酯化反应条件下,己二酸转化率达95.6%。连续催化精馏最佳工艺条件为反应温度95℃,醇酸摩尔比15,己二酸进料LHSV=0.7 h^(-1),在此条件下,经过2 000h的连续运转,己二酸平均转化率为99.76%,己二酸二甲酯选择性为99.99%。Dimethyl adipate was synthesized from adipic acid and methanol through self-catalyzed pre-esterification and then continuous catalytic distillation. The effects of reaction temperature, reaction time and alcohol-acid molar ratio on the esterification were investigated. It was showed that, under the optimal pre-esterification conditions of alcohol-acid molar ratio of 3, reaction temperature of 140 ℃, saturated vapor pressure and reaction time of 60 min, the conversion of adipic acid reached 95.6%. It was also indicated that, under the optimal process conditions for the continuous esterification of reaction temperature of 95 ℃, alcohol-acid molar ratio of 15, adipic acid LHSV of 0.7 h-1 and reaction time 2 000 h, the conversion of adipic acid and the selectivity to dimethyl adipate reached 99.76% and 99.99%, respectively.
