摘　　要：以实现视频监控更加有效便捷为目的,设计与实现了一种基于V4L2嵌入式移动视频监控系统。系统硬件选用飞凌公司的OK6410嵌入式开发板,其处理器为ARM11-S3C6410,使用Boa为服务器。在ARM-Linux操作系统中,V4L2应用程序接口对USB摄像头采集到的视频数据,通过H.264压缩编码、在通过TCP/IP协议进行网络传输给Web。客户输入相应的网址,即可观看视频和图像,从而进行视频监控。最后实验测试系统程序运行稳定可靠,视频画质清晰,且具有较好的实时性,解决传统视频监控不便捷、维护困难等问题。In order to make the video monitoring more convenient, the embedded mobile video monitor system based on V4L2 is implemented. The system hardware is Samsung 0K6410 embedded development board, and the board processor is ARM ll- $3C6410, and Boa is used as server. In the Linux operation system, the video data are captured through the V4L2 application program interface. Then, the collected video data are compressed and encoded by H.264. Finally, The compressed video data are transmitted to the Web server by TCP / IP protocol. After enter the appropriate URL, customers could watch the video and images, and then implementing the video surveillance. The experiment results show that the system has good performance on stability and real-time, and the video quality is clear, solving the problems of inconvenient video surveillance and difficult maintenance.
