摘　　要：随着罐区自动化的发展,本厂装卸站台安装了质量流量计并配套先进的批量装车系统,计量系统能实时采集各车辆实际装车数量并能实时计量和控制,但是不能实现车号读取与装车量配对。对此,本厂在装卸铁路站台安装车号识别系统,达到如下目标:为计量系统提供车号;高车号准确率;减轻用户现场抄车员的工作量;车号识别达到全自动化。With the development of tank automation, faetury loading dock mass flowmeter is installed and equipped with advanced bateh loading system, measuring actual loading system can collect the vehMe number and real-time measurement and control, but can＇t read car number paired witil loading. In this regard, the factory in the loading/unloading railway platfnrm installation, identification systems, to aehieve the following objectives： to provide metering system, ifigh aceuracy, car： reduce the workload of users copied them; vehicle number identification to full automation.
