摘　　要：随着国家经济的不断发展,石油天然气作为国家的战略能源产品,其生产、输送环节的安全性被日益重视。由于长输管道运输的介质是易燃、易爆物质,加之管道途经地区地域广阔、地质条件与社会条件复杂多变。因此,长输管道的安全问题一直备受管道运营企业高度重视。受经济利益的驱动,输油(气)管道成为不法分子盗窃、破坏的对象,引发严重事故。因此,长输管道的巡检具有非常重要的意义。基于GPS技术以及移动设备的移动巡检系统可以实现全天候对运行管道进行不间断巡护,使得管道是否巡检以及巡检是否到位状况得到直观的展示,成为保障管道安全运行的有效措施,确保了管道安全管理高效率、低故障运行的需求。With tile developmenl of the national economy, oil and gas as a national strategic energy product, its producliml, transImrtati,n and safety of the link is increasingly valued. Because the medium of long-distance pipeline transpnrlation is flamnmhle, explnsive material, coupled with the wide area of pipelines, geological conditions and social conditions are c.mplex and changeable, the safety of hmg-distance pipelines has heen highly valued by the pipeline operators. Driven by economic inleresls..il （gas） pipelines become criminals theft, destruction of the ohjeeh triggering serimls accidents. Therefore, the hmg- dishmce pipeline inspection is very important. The mohile patrol system hased on （;PS technology and mobile equipmenl can carry ont uninlerrupled patrol of the running pipeline all-weather, make the pipeline patrol and inspect whether the situation obtains visual display, become the effective measure to safeguard the safe operation of lhe pipeline, and ensure Ihe high efficiency anti low failure operalion demand of pipeline safely management.
