摘  要:NEPE推进剂中的含能黏合剂在储存条件下,通常会含有酸、碱和盐等一些杂质,实验中选取了几种常见的盐,测试了这些盐对黏合剂安定性的影响;测试了水分和密闭性对黏合剂安定性以及容积效应的影响;研究了黏合剂在温度低于70℃时的热分解,并进行了黏合剂活化能、安定性测试。结果表明:黏合剂的活化能随pH值变化不大,黏合剂在pH值为5~10时较稳定,酸度或碱度越高其保存时间越短;盐对黏合剂安定性的影响较大。The energetic binder in NEPE propellant usually contains some impurities such as acids, bases, salts and so on under the storage conditions. In the experiment, several common salts were selected, and their influence on the stability of the binder was tested. The influence of the moisture and the tightness on the stability of the binder and the volume effect was also tested. The thermal decomposition of the binder under the temperature below 70 ℃ was investigated, and the activation energy and stability of the binder were determined. The results show that the binder activation energy changes non-obviously with pH value, the binder is stable between pH value of 5-10, its shelf-time shortens with the increase of acidity or alkalinity. The influence of the salts on the stability of the binder is more obvious.
