摘 要:利用TiO_2膜制作了一种分子印迹光电化学传感器用来测定克百威。研究了掺杂改性对TiO_2光催化效率的影响,结果表明掺杂Au的TiO_2分子印迹膜对克百威有较好的光催化降解作用。对膜厚度和吸附时间等实验条件进行优化。在最佳实验条件下,克百威浓度在1.00×10^(-9)~2.20×10^(-7)mol/L范围内与光电流呈良好的线性关系,检出限(S/N=3)为1.10×10^(-10)mol/L。该TiO_2分子印迹膜有较好的灵敏度、选择性和稳定性。利用该传感器对水样中克百威进行测定,回收率为98.7%~104.0%。A molecularly imprinted photocurrent chemical sensor was fabricated by using TiO2 film for the detection of earbofuran. Effect of doping modification on photocatalytic efficiency of TiOa was studied. The results showed that the molecularly imprinted membrane of Au doped TiO2 had a good detection effect on the template molecule carbofuran. The experimental conditions such as film thickness and adsorption time were optimized. The experimental results showed that the concentrations of carbofuran had a good liner relationship with photoeurrent in the range of 1.00 × 10-9 - 2.20 × 10-7 mol/L under the optimal experimental conditions, and the detection limit ( S/N = 3 ) was 1.10 × 10-m mol/L. The sensor has demonstrated outstanding features such as excellent sensitivity, selectivity and stability. The determination of earbofuran in water was carried out by using the sensor, and the recoveries were in the range of 98.7% - 104. 0% .
