光致变色微胶囊杂化溶胶整理织物的湿舒适性研究

摘　　要：通过Stober法制备胶粒尺寸均匀的二氧化硅溶胶,在正硅酸乙酯和氨水用量均为3 ml的条件下,随着无水乙醇用量从20ml增加到40ml,制备的硅溶胶黏度从14mPa·s降低到5mPa·s。利用0.08%含氢硅油对硅溶胶进行改性后Zeta电位从-31.34mV下降到-20.69mV,稳定性有所下降,粒径仅增加了12.6nm。利用改性二氧化硅光致变色微胶囊杂化溶胶整理织物后,织物的芯吸性能、透气性和透湿性能均有所降低。在织物纱号和经纬密相当的条件下,纯苎麻样品比纯棉样品湿舒适性好;纱号越大,经纬密越小的样品湿舒适性能越好。Silica sol with uniform colloidal particle size was by prepared Stober method. Under the condition of the dosage of bothethyl silicate and ammonia water were 3 ml, the viscosity of the silica sol decreased from 14 mPa ·s to 5 mPa · s with the dosage ofanhydrous alcohol increased from 20 ml to 40 ml The Zeta potential of silica sol was decreased from --31.34 mV to --20.69 mV afterthe modification with 0.08 % hydrosilicone oil. And the stability was decreased, but the particle size was increased by only 12.6 nm.The wicking, air permeability and moisture permeability of the modified silicon dioxide photochromic microcapsules hybrid sol coatedfabrics were all reduced. Under the condition of same yarn count and thread count, the wet comfort of the pure ramie sample was better than that of the pure cotton sample. The higher yarn count and the smaller thread count, the wet comfort of the sample could bebetter.
