摘  要:针对某空调螺杆压缩机在45.5 Hz至49.1 Hz的转速范围内噪声过大的问题,测试分析了压缩机系统的振动噪声特性,并仿真分析和测试了结构的模态,最终确定噪声较大的原因是管路的固有频率使得压缩机在对应的工作频率下激起管路共振。根据分析结果,提出了相应的改进方案,并进行了方案分析和验证,结果表明,噪声声压级降低了10.5 dB(A),改进效果较好。For the problem of over high noises within the speed range from 45.5 Hz to 49.1 Hz of an air conditioner screw com- pressor, the vibration and noise characteristic is tested and analyzed, and the structural modal is simulated and tested. Finally, the cause for the noise is that the natural frequency of the pipeline causes the compressor to arouse the resonance of the pipeline at the corresponding operating frequency. According to the results of analysis, improvement program is put forward, analyzed and verified. The results show that the sound pressure level decreases by 10.5 dB (A), and the effect of the improvement program is remarkable.
