摘 要:以磷石膏,磷渣粉,水泥为主要原料制备磷石膏基充填料,采用水平振荡法浸溶出其中的可溶性磷、氟及重金属离子等有害物,探讨有害物溶出率与其强度性能之间的关系。结果表明:磷石膏基充填料的物料配比为磷石膏65%~75%,磷渣粉22%~30%,水泥3%~5%,外掺石灰2%及减水剂1.5%,水灰比0.28时,可满足矿山充填料的强度要求。磷石膏基充填料中有害物的溶出率与其强度呈反比,当28d抗压强度从1.75 MPa增至4.23 MPa时,充填体的可溶磷溶出率从41.32%降至18.97%,氟溶出率从46.52%降至32.22%。Phosphogypsum-based filling materials were produced by using phosphogypsum, phosphorous slag powders and cement as main ingredients. The harmful substances of phosphogypsum- based filling materials, such as soluble phosphorus, soluble fluo- rine and heavy metals were leached by the horizontal vibration method and the relationship between the leaching rate and its strength performance was explored. The research results showed that when the material mix ratio is as follow: with the phospho- gypsum content of 65% ~ 75%, the phosphorous slag powders content of 22%~30%, the cement content of 3%~5%, addition of 2% lime content and 1. 5% water reducing agent content, the water cement ratio of 0. 28, the properties of phosphogypsum- based filling materials could meet the strength requirements of mine filling technique An inverse correlation existed between the leaching rate of harmful substances and the strengths. When 28d strength of phosphogypsum-based filling materials increased from 1.75 MPa to 4.23 MPa, the leaching rate of soluble phosphorus decreased from 41. 32% to 18.97%, and the leaching rate of solu- ble phosphorus decreased from 46.52% to 32.22%.
