摘  要:用户阅读互动是用户阅读行为的重要表现,将其与阅读满意度开展关联研究,有利于清晰其内在的相关规律,为阅读推广过程中提升用户阅读满意度提供有益参考。研究提出阅读交互行为由分享、讨论、合作、评价四个维度构成,并以参与度、信任关系为中介变量,通过开展问卷调查与建立结构方程模型的方法验证交互行为对阅读满意度的影响。研究结果表明:阅读交互行为对用户阅读满意度有着直接影响。阅读交互行为通过用户参与、信任关系对用户满意度产生间接影响,其中,信任关系的中介作用更强。在阅读交互的具体行为中,分享与合作行为与认知满意度相关性较强;分享与评价行为与情感满意度的相关性较强,而分享行为与意向满意度的相关性最强。User interaction is an important manifestation of the user reading behavior. Carrying out association study between user interaction and user satisfaction will clear their correlation and provide a useful reference for improving the user satisfaction. The research suggested that reading interaction was composed of four dimensions: sharing, discussion, cooperation and evaluation. The participation and trust relationship were intermediary variables. By conducting questionnaire and structural equation model, the study verified multi-dimensional interaction effects on reading satisfaction. The research results showed that: reading interaction behavior has a positive impact on user's reading satisfaction, among which the relationship between user participation and trust plays an intermediary role. In the interaction of concrete behavior, sharing and coopera- tion had a strong positive correlation with the cognitive degree of satisfaction, sharing and evaluation had a strong positive cor- relation with emotional satisfaction, and sharing had the strongest correlation with intention satisfaction.
