摘  要:分析了1 000 kV特高压南阳站T012断路器间隔测控装置隔离/接地刀闸控制触点频繁烧损的事故,指出主要原因是1 000 kV复合型气体绝缘金属封闭开关设备(hybrid gas insulated switchgear,HGIS)隔离/接地刀闸控制回路中存在寄生回路,导致较大的刀闸电机启动电流流经控制回路控制触点,最终烧毁控制触点。同时指出出口继电器电气参数与控制回路不匹配、1 000 kV系统电磁环境、刀闸带电操作快速瞬态过电压(very fast transient overvoltage,VFTO)及HGIS暂态壳体电位(transient enclosure voltage,TEV)水平、二次电缆过长等因素为造成该问题的次要原因。提出消除该寄生回路的改造方案。给出在运及后续交流特高压工程针对该问题的注意事项及改进意见。The malfunction that isolation and grounding switch' s control contacts in its control device were frequently damaged is analyzed. The main reason is that a parasitic loop exists in the switch' s control circuit,and the motor' s larger current flow through the contacts, resulting in the contacts' damage. The other reasons of the malfunction are electrical parameters mismatching of tripping relay and its control circuit, the electromagnetic environment of 1 000 kV system,VFTO,HGIS' s TEV, and the longer control cable. Improved program to solve this malfunction is proposed. Suggestions to AC UHV projects in operation or subsequent construction are introduced.
