摘 要:炭窑峪煤矿22801综放工作面切眼设计长度155m,矩形断面,掘进宽度9.0m,掘进高度3.4m,掘进断面积30.6m2;根据工作面煤层赋存状况及地质条件,提出并采用了锚带网(索)+组合锚索+单体液压支柱的联合支护方式。简要介绍了切眼施工工艺、支护方式、支护参数及支护质量要求。切眼施工后,进行了矿压观测,支护效果良好。该项支护技术对于顶煤厚度大、顶板易离层、两帮易片帮、巷道压力大的大断面综放工作面切眼支护具有借鉴价值。A designed length of an open-off cut applied to No.22801 fully mechanized top coal caving mining face in Tanyaoyu Mine was 155 m with a rectangular cross-section,a driving width of 9.0m,a driving height of 3.4mand a driving cross section area of 30.6m2.According to the seam deposition status and geological conditions of the coal mining face,a combined support method with a bolt/steel band/steel mesh(cable)+combined anchors+hydraulic single props was provided and applied.The paper briefly introduced the construction technique,support method,support parameters and support quality requirements of the open-off cut.After the open-off cut was constructed,a mine strata pressure observation was conducted and the support results were excellent.The support technology would have the reference value to the large cross section fully mechanized top coal caving mining face with a high top coal thickness,easy bed separation of the roof,easy spalling of the two sidewalls and high strata pressure of the gateways.
