摘　　要：针对采用铜模浇铸铜阳极板使用寿命短这一实际问题,借鉴了同行业先进的生产实践经验,持续优化了母模浇铸铜模技术,技改了浇铸工艺配置等问题,取得了良好实效。重点阐述了云锡铜业分公司实践探索铜模浇铸阳极板,提高铜模使用寿命的方法和途径。In order to increase service life of copper moulds in anode copper casting, the authors worked to learn advanced production experience from the same industry and make continual optimization of the copper mould casting technology withcase moulds, as well as technical innovation of process configuration in casting, and finally obtained good results. The paper elaborates methods and ways of the Copper Branch of Yunnan Tin Co., Ltd. in practicing and exploring anode copper casting with copper moulds with the aim to increase the service life of copper moulds.
