摘  要:利用DOE-2软件模拟了不同建筑在不同地区全年逐时热、电、冷负荷。结果表明:电负荷和冷负荷需求最大的是医院用户,热负荷需求最大的是宾馆用户,办公大楼和学校对热、电、冷负荷需求近似;宾馆年热电比在2.0~2.8范围内变化,医院年热电比在0.5~1.4范围内变化,办公大楼和学校年热电比在0.3~1.0范围内变化。DOE-2 software is used to simulate the hourly heat, power and cooling loads of different buildings in different regions for a whole year. The result shows that the largest demand of power load and cooling load is hospital user, the largest demand of heat load is hotel user, office building and school have an approximate demand of heat-power-cooling loads. Annual heat-power ratio of hotel is changed in the range of 2.0 ~2.8, annual heat-power ratio of hospital is changed in the range of 0.5 ~1.4, and annual heat-power ratio of office building and school is changed in the range of 0.3~1.0.
