摘 要:本文用实验室内贮存的两株丝状真菌进行生理生化特性并用来处理柠檬酸污泥。经鉴定,1号和2号分别为Mucor circinelloides M37和Aspergillus niger SS5。Mucor circinelloides M37具有白色蓬松的菌丝体,生长速度为36.0 mm/d。Aspergillus niger SS5菌丝体为黑色,生长速度25.0 mm/d。二者均有发达的菌丝体,且生长速度快,可以在污泥脱水过程中起到生物絮凝的作用。二者都适合生长在偏中性、低盐度的环境中,比较适应污泥环境,并且都对多糖和蛋白质有降解作用,可以提高污泥的脱水性能。Mucor circinelloides M37可将CST由25.5 s降低至11.1s,Aspergillus niger SS5可使CST降至12.9 s,效果优于其他的物化方法,适用于柠檬酸污泥的脱水处理。This study mainly investigated physiological and biochernical characteristics of two strains of filamentous fungi stored in lab. After Identification, the No. 1 was Mucor circinelloides M37 and the No.2 was Aspergillus niger SS50 The growth rate of Mucor circinelloides M37 was 36.0 mm/d with white mycelium. And the growth rate of Aspergillus niger SS5 was 25.0 mm/d with black mycelium. They both had developed mycetium and high speed of growth rate which were helpful for them to have the effect of biological flocculation during the sludge dewatering process. And both the Mucor circinelloides M37 and the Aspergillus niger SS5 were suitable for the partial neutral, low salinity environment. This was good for them to adapt to the sludge. Also, tbey both could degrade polysaccharide and protein in EPS. So Mucor circinelloides M37 and Aspergillus niger SS5 had the ability to enhance the sludge dewatering performance. The CST of the sludge decreased from 25.5 s to 11.1 s and 12.9 s treated by Mucor circinelloides M37 and the Aspergillus niger SS5 respectively. The effect was better than that of physical and chemical methods. Therefore, the Mucor circinelloides M37 and the Aspergiillus niger SS5 were suitabIe for the citric acid sludge dewatering treatment.
