摘  要:采用电子束辐照技术制备了不同Cu_2O含量的Cu_2O/Fe_2O_3复合物。通过X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、紫外-可见(UV-vis)等表征方法对复合物的结构和表面物性进行了研究。结果表明,随着Cu_2O含量的增加,Cu_2O各晶面的衍射强度增强,峰也逐渐宽化;合成的复合物为正八面体,粒径尺寸在50~175 nm之间;复合物的紫外-可见吸收光谱蓝移。将复合物用于金橙Ⅱ的可见光催化降解反应,当Cu_2O含量为90%时其催化活性最好,经过30 min的降解,染料的降解率超过90。Cu2O/Fe2O3 composites with different contents of Cu2O were prepared by electron beam irradiation. The structure and surthce properties of the composites were studied by X-ray diffraction (XRD), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and UV-vis absorption spectra. The results revealed that the diffcaction intensity of Cu2O crystal plane enhanced and the peak of it gradually broaden. The morphology of composites showed octahedral shapes, the diameter of the particles was about 50-175 nm. The UV-vis absorption spectra of composites showed blue shift. The as-prepared composites were used for the degradation of dye orange II under visible light irradiation, the results showed that the catalytic activity was the highest while the Cu20 loading was 90 % and the degradation rate reached 90 % in 30 min light irradiation.
