摘 要:含铅废酸主要来源于含铅材料的蚀刻废液,废液中含有大量的废盐酸以及铁、铅等金属元素,其中铅是一种对生物体非常有害的元素,若流失到外界势必会对生态环境产生巨大危害,因此,开发一套合理利用含铅废酸制取净水剂氯化铁的新工艺尤为重要。该工艺主要经过耗酸、还原铁粉置换除铅,待溶液中的铅含量降低至10 ppm以下时,再经过氯气氧化以达到制取氯化铁的目的。该工艺既实现了含铅废酸的资源化利用,减轻了环保的压力,又得到了符合国家标准的水处理剂氯化铁,并可在一定程度上降低氯化铁的生产成本。Lead-containing waste acids mainly come from the etching waste of leaded material which contains a lot of waste hydrochloric acid and metal elements such as iron and lead. And lead is a kind of element which is very harmful to the organism that once spread to the outside world, is bound to have a great harm to the ecological environment. Thus, the development of a reasonable use of lead-containing waste acid to make water purification agent ferric chloride new technology is very important. This technology, by using oxide-scale to drop acid, reducing iron powder, replacing lead, oxidation by chlorine when the content of lead solution reduced to lOppm or less, to achieve the purpose of preparation of ferric chloride. The process not only realize the resource utilization of lead-containing waste acid, reduce the pressure of environmental protection, but also get the ferric chloride which is in line with national standards of water treatment agent, and to a certain extent, reduce the production cost of ferric chloride.
