摘　　要：本文中研制的大型环境测试装置,内壁全部为抛光不锈钢钢板,密封材料为吸附性小的聚四氟乙烯条及硅酮密封胶。舱内的空气净化系统安装多功能空气滤清器,既能去除颗粒物又能清除甲醛、苯和甲苯等化学污染物。该舱采用精确控制的温湿度控制系统,气密性良好,能够很好地模拟受污染的室内环境,在统一的测试条件下,智能集成激光尘埃粒子测试仪和气态污染物分析仪等分析仪器,实现在线动态分析,对空气净化设备进行性能测试,可以有效评价空气净化器对于化学污染物的净化效果。The large environmental test device developed in this article. The lining was all polished stainless steel plate, and sealing material for adsorption of small article ptfe and silicone sealant. Cabin air purification system to install multi-functional air cleaner, can remove particulate matter and can eliminate the chemical pollutants such as formaldehyde, benzene and toluene. The tank adopts the accurate control of temperature and humidity control system, good air tighmess, can well simulate the contaminated indoor environment, under the condition of uniform test, intelligent integrated laser dust particle analyzer tester and gaseous pollutants such as analytical instruments, on-line dynamic analysis and performance testing of air purification equipment, can effectively evaluate air purifier purify the effect for the chemical pollutants.
