摘　　要：文章从国内两所大学的专利申请角度对于蓄热调温纺织品的发展脉络进行梳理,对国内两家高校申请人进行了数据统计与分析,探讨了发展的重点与趋势建议。The paper introduces the patent application characteristics of the thermo-regulated textiles from the two universities in the domestic, and shows the data statistics and analysis of patent technology from sort out some of the applicants to explore the development focus and application trends.
