摘　　要：在社交媒体时代,公众对教育的关注度和期望值空前提高,教育日益成为公众关注的重点对象。教育领域的各类事件,日益成为舆论关注的焦点,进而演变成教育危机事件。在日益透明的传播环境下,教育部门只有积极主动、持之以恒地进行传播管理和声誉投资,才能减轻或消除公众对教育的混乱认知,才能确立起教育在公众心目中的权威性和公信力。当前,教育部门的信息发布与危机管理的日常工作主要包括:转变教育部门的工作作风,组建教育信息发布团队,教育舆情的收集与研判,正确处理教育单位与媒体、记者的关系,建立起教育部门危机应对的管理平台等等。In the era of social media, there arises unprecedented concern and expectationover education in public. Education increasingly becomes the target of public concern as well ascomplaint. Various events occurring ever year related to the education circle become the focus ofpublic debate and grow to be education crisis events. Currently, the daily work of informationdissemination and crisis management mainly includes the following: transforming the workingstyle of education sectors, building teams of educational information dissemination, collecting,researching and judging public opinions on education, managing the relationships amongeducational sector, media, and journalists, establishing managing platform for crisis response ofeducation sectors, etc.
