摘  要:目的:采用星点设计-效应面法优化新疆大沙枣黄酮的提取工艺。方法:乙醇浓度、乙醇用量、提取时间为自变量,以新疆大果沙枣黄酮提取率为因变量,通过对自变量各水平的二项式拟合,用星点设计-效应面法选取最佳工艺并进行预测分析。结果:星点设计确定的最佳工艺为:9倍量65%乙醇回流提取2次,每次1.5 h。提取预测值与验证值偏差为0.905%。二项式拟合复相关系数平方R2=0.8627。结论:星点设计-效应面法优化新疆大果沙枣黄酮提取工艺具有方法简便,精密度高,可预测性较好的优点。Objective:To optimize the extraction process of total flavonoids from Xinjiang elaeagnus mooraroftii by central composite design-response surface method.Methods: The independent variables were ethanol concentration and reflux time and solvent ratio; the dependent variables was the extraction rate of total flavonoids. Nonlinear mathematical model was used to estimate relationship between independent and dependent variables. Response surface methodology was used to optimize the extraction process. Predictions were given by comparing the observed and predicted values. Result: Optimal conditions of extraction process were 65% ethanol, 9 fold solvent, extracting for 2 times and for 1.5 h. The bias between observed and predicted values of extrac- tion quantity was -0.905%. Regression coeficients of binomial fitting complex model was as high as 0.8627. Conclusion: The optimum model is simple, precise and highly predictive.
