围剿推拿疗法对脑卒中后睡眠倒错患者多导睡眠图的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察围剿推拿疗法对脑卒中后睡眠倒错患者睡眠质量、睡眠结构、睡眠进程的影响,以评价其临床疗效。方法:60例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上采用围剿推拿疗法,对照组采用舒乐安定口服。在治疗前及疗程结束后1周,予阿森斯睡眠质量量表评估、多导睡眠图(poly somnogram,PSG)监测。结果:与治疗前比较,两种干预方法均可以明显降低S1%、增加S3%+S4%和REM%、提高患者的TST和SE%、降低SL时间、减少醒觉次数、提高患者的睡眠质量指数(P<0.05),与对照组比较,治疗组能明显降低S1%,增加S3%+S4%、REM%,减少醒觉次数(P<0.05)。结论:围剿推拿疗法可以通过调节脑卒中后睡眠倒错患者的睡眠结构和睡眠过程、提高患者的睡眠质量,调节睡眠,从而纠正患者的睡眠倒错节律。Objective： To observe the effects of WEIJIAO massage on patients with post-apoplexy insomina- somnolence irregular syndrome of sleep quality, sleep structure and sleep process, to evaluate its clinical efficacy. Methods： The 60 patients were randomly divided into treatment and control groups with 30 cases in each group. The patients were treated by WEIJIAO massage based on conventional treatment in treatment group, and estazolam oral treatment in control group. At the end of the treatment, 1 weeks after the end of the treatment, the Assens sleep quality assessment, poly somnogram （PSG） were monitored. Results： Compared with before treatmerit, the two intervention methods can significantly reduce S1%, increase REM% and TST, improve the S3%＋ S4% and SE%, reduce SL time, reduce the number of awake, improve the sleep quality index （P〈0.05）. Compared with the control group, the treatment group can significantly reduce S3%＋S4%, increase REM%, S1%, reduce the number of awake （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The WEIJIAO massage therapy can adjust post-apoplexy insomina-somnolence irregular syndrome with sleep structure and sleep, improve sleep quality of patients, so as to correct the patient＇s sleep, down the wrong rhythm.
