摘  要:采用第一性原理构建矿物结构模型,结合X射线衍射分析、熟料相分步萃取、环境扫描电镜等测试方法,研究了锰(Mn)离子在熟料中间相的离子固溶和晶格取代机理。结果表明:锰在水泥熟料矿物中的固溶倾向从高到低依次为C_4AF、C_3A、C_3S、C_2S,且优先取代C_4AF中六配位的Fe离子,降低了其Al/Fe比;熟料煅烧过程中,锰离子发生类质同象现象,以+3价形式固溶于C_4AF中,形成C_4AF-C_4AM连续固溶体,造成C_4AF衍射峰向低角度偏移、衍射峰数量减少,延缓了其水化反应活性,并主要以取代八面体配位Al离子的形式存在于钙矾石/单硫型硫铝酸盐中。Incorporation and lattice substitution mechanism of manganese (Mn) ions in the intermediate phase of clinker by constructing structure model of clinker mineral based on the first principle were investigated by X-ray diffraction, clinker phase extraction, environmental scanning electron microscopy and other testing methods. The results show that the sequence of solid solution tendency of manganese in cement clinker minerals from high to low is C4AF, c3m, C3S, C2S, and the manganese in the CaAF occupies octahedrally coordinated iron position, which decreases A1/Fe ratio of CaAF. During the sintering process of clinker, there is an isomorphism in manganese that is dissolved in CaAF in the form of +3 value, and the solid solution of CaAF-C4AM is formed, which shifts the diffraction peak of C4AF to the lower angle, reduces the number of CnAF diffraction peaks, decreases the hydration reaction activity. Manganese mainly incorporates in AFt/AFro among cement hydration products, and substitutes the octahedrally coordinated aluminum of the crystal structure.
