摘  要:废胎胶粉改性沥青的配方与混合料级配的匹配性设计是国内外研究的热点。文中参考林绣贤教授的"Ⅰ法"及美国"贝雷法"对以美国德州为代表的第二类间断级配AR-SMA-13进行研究。经大量的室内试验验证,文中提出了新型间断级配WRAC-13,2.36mm^4.75mm含量接近12%,是传统间断级配的2倍,0.075mm通过率可低至5%~8%,油石比大小合适,路用性能优良,施工和易性好,于2016年6月在河南省武陟~云台山高速进行了双向9km试验路的铺筑,总体评价良好。文中对这一成果进行了总结分析,可为断级配废胎胶粉改性沥青混合料的设计和施工提供参考。Crumb rubber modified asphalt formulation and mixture gradation of matching design are focuses of studies in China and abroad. Referring Professor Lin Xiuxian's I-method and American Bailey method, the second class of discontinuous gradation AR - SMA - 13 represented by Texas is investigated. A lot of indoor tests are conducted to verify the discontinuous gradation WRAC - 13, the 2.36 mm-4.75 mm content is close to 12% which is 2 times of the traditional intermittent grading, and 0. 075 mm passing rate can be as low as 5%-8%, asphalt aggregate ratio is proper with excellent performance and easy for construction. In June 2016 in Henan Province, paving is made on 9kin test section of the Wuzhi to Yuntaishan Highway, and the overall evaluation is good. This article has made a summary to this achievement which provides some reference for the design and the construction of gap graded crumb rubber modified asphalt t mixture.
