摘 要:为了确保钢套箱围堰水下施工的安全性,以某大桥6~10号主墩承台钢套箱围堰工程为例,采用ANSYS 10.0有限元分析软件建立钢套箱整体和局部有限元模型,考虑施工过程5种工况对钢套箱底板、侧壁、封底混凝土等结构的影响,进行内力和变形分析。计算结果表明,钢套箱局部区域出现应力集中现象,发生变形后应力将出现重分布,不影响整体强度;钢套箱各构件在施工过程中强度、刚度均能满足设计要求,可为同类钢套箱围堰的安全施工力学特性分析提供参考。In order to ensure the safety of steel boxed cofferdam construction under water, based on the ease of steel boxed cofferdam for the pile caps of Main Pier No. 6 to No. 10 of Tuliang Bridge, the global and local finite element model weare established by ANSYS 10. 0 software. Considering five load eases of the construction process, the internal force and deformation analysis of the floor, side walls, and bottoming concrete structure are conducted. The calculation results show that: the stress concentration phenomenon appears in local area of the steel boxed cofferdam, after deformation of the structure stress redistribution will appear to not affect the overall strength, the structural design of components of the steel boxed cofferdam meets the strength and deformation requirements in the construction process. This work may provide reference for the analysis of meehanieal properties of construction of similar steel boxed cofferdam.
