摘 要:Fe-Ni基沉淀强化奥氏体合金的性能强烈依赖于γ'相,而Ti、Al含量的改变,直接影响到γ'相的析出行为,从而影响合金的性能。本文采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜和显微硬度研究了Ti、Al含量对γ'及η相析出规律的影响,揭示了不同Ti、Al含量Fe-Ni基合金的时效硬化行为。结果表明,提高合金中的(Ti+Al)含量,γ'相的析出数量增加;提高Ti/Al比对γ'相的析出数量影响不大,但会加快γ'相的长大速率。Ti、Al的扩散速率决定γ'相及η相的析出行为,从而造成不同Ti、Al含量Fe-Ni基合金时效硬化行为的差异。Mechanical properties of Fe-Ni base alloys are related to the precipitation of γ′ phase. Variation in the content of Ti and Al can affect the precipitation behaviors of γ′ phase, and ultimately determines the mechanical properties. In order to uncover the aging-hardening behaviors in Fe-Ni based alloys with different Ti and Al contents, effect of Ti and Al content on precipitation behaviors of γ′and η phase in the Fe-Ni base alloy was investigated using OM and SEM observation and hardness test. The results show that increasing the ( Ti + Al) content will promote the precipitation of γ′ phase, while variation in Ti/Al ratio have little effect on the precipitation of γ′ phase. Diffusion ratio of Ti and Al will determine the formation of γ′ and η phase, resulting in the different aging-hardening behavior of the Fe-Ni base alloys with different Ti and Al contents.
