摘  要:研究了经1250℃真空预烧结后的Mo_2FeB_2基金属陶瓷分别在1035℃和1130℃条件下热等静压处理后的显微组织和性能。结果表明:热等静压技术降低了Mo_2FeB_2基金属陶瓷的孔隙率,提高了其致密度,但促进了硬质相颗粒的生长。当热等静压处理温度为1035℃时,硬质相颗粒以颗粒合并的机制生长,而当热等静压处理温度为1130℃时,溶解析出机制促进了硬质相颗粒的长大。经热等静压处理后,金属陶瓷硬度和断裂韧性变化不大,但抗弯强度有一定程度的降低,抗弯强度的减少与硬质相的长大有关。The cermets pre-sintered at 1250℃ was treated by high temperature isostatic pressing(HIP) at the temperature of 1035℃ and 1130℃, respectively. Effect of HIP on microstructure of Mo2FeB2 based cermets was studied. The transverse rupture strength(TRS), hardness( HRA ) and fracture toughness (KIC) were also measured. The results show that the porosity of cermets decreases and density increases by HIP. However, the HIP promotes the development of Mo2FeB2 grains. The growth mechanisms of Mo/FeB2 grains at the temperature of 1035℃ and 1130℃ are coalescence and solution-precipitation, respectively. The hardness and fracture toughness of Mo2 FeB2 based cermets almost remain unchanged after HIP treatment. However, the TRS decreases obviously which is related to the growth of hard phase.
