摘  要:以A286高温合金抽芯铆钉的钉套局部区域感应加热为研究对象,建立感应加热过程中电磁-热数学模型,运用有限元法分析电磁-热耦合问题,重点讨论频率、电流等工艺参数对钉套退火区域的温度、宽度的影响。并利用设计的A286高温合金钉套局部感应加热装置进行退火工艺及抽芯铆钉的铆接测试试验,结果表明理论分析结论对实际退火工艺具有重要指导意义。A mathematical model was built to analyze electromagnetic-thermal coupling for localized induction heating process of an A286 superalloy sleeve. By the finite element method, the effect of influence factors, such as frequency, current, on temperature and width of the annealing region in induction heating were investigated and analyzed. Based on these results, the platform was designed to test technological parameter in localized induction heating process of rheA286 superalloy sleeve. It is shown that the theoretical analysis results can improve the annealing process in localized induction heating.
