摘 要:为实现液压油中水分含量的快速检测,基于介电常数原理设计制作一种电容式微流控检测芯片,并在所搭建的检测系统上进行不同含水量油样的检测试验。试验数据表明:随着油液中水分含量的增加,电容信号幅值逐步增大且符合二次关系;当含水量增大8倍时,油样与空气和油样与净油电容值之差的信号幅值分别约增大2倍和6.9倍;在含水量为50μL时,油样与空气电容值之差约为油样与净油电容值之差的6.5倍。因此,电容法可以应用在液压油水分含量的检测中,且检测效果良好。In order to achieve the rapid detection of moisture content in oil, a capacitive microfluidic chip is designed and fabricated based on the principle of dielectric constant. The experiment of oil samples with different moisture content is carried on the established detection system. The experiment data show that the values of capacitance change increase gradually with the increasing of moisture content in oil and correspond to the square relation. When the moisture content increases by 8 times, the capacitance values difference between the oil sample and the air, and between the oil sample and the pure oil respectively increases by about 2 times and 6.9 times. When the moisture content equals to 50ul, the capacitance values difference between oil sample and air is about 6.5 times than that in oil sample and pure oil. The results indicate that the method of capacitance detection can be used in the experiment and has a good effect.
