加快农业发展方式转变的政策演变及研究维度

摘　　要：从转变经济增长方式到加快转变经济发展方式、加快转变农业发展方式等政策思想演变的研究中,可以提出加快转变农业发展方式的4个研究维度,即需求结构—产业结构—要素投入结构—产业组织结构—区域结构维度、产业链—供应链—价值链维度、微观—中观—宏观维度、结构—效率—竞争力—可持续性维度,并结合对4个维度的分析,探讨需要注意的问题和重点。Based on the review of policy evolution from the transformation of economic growth pattern to the acceleration of eco-nomic and agricultural development pattern transformation, it presented that accelerating agricultural development pattern transformationshould be observed in 4 dimensions, namely, the dimension of demand structure, industrial structure, factor input structure, industrialorganization and regional structure; the dimension of industry chain, supply chain, value chain; the dimension Of micro, intermediateand macro aspects; the dimension of structure, efficiency, competitiveness and sustainability. Through the analysis of these dimen-sions, this paper points out the problems and key points that needed attention.
