摘  要:目的探讨吸入麻醉应用于犬实验中的麻醉效果。方法将8只Beagle犬进行肌注诱导麻醉后,转入面罩式麻醉机维持麻醉。分别在麻醉前、麻醉后的10、20、60、120min观察犬的生物反射、镇静镇痛效果、肌肉松弛程度以及苏醒时间的情况,并在麻醉前、麻醉后30、60、90、120min抽取静脉血,测其电解质及葡萄糖的水平。结果有效性:犬无眼睑反射,无痛感,对声音刺激不敏感,牵拉四肢无阻力,有角膜、肛门反射;犬的平均苏醒时间为(8.63±1.41)min.安全性:与麻醉开始时相比,体温在麻醉20min开始下降[(38.08±0.25)℃比(37.50±0.12)℃,P〈0.05],呼吸频率从麻醉10min开始下降[(23.25±3.69)次份比(20.00±0.93)次/分,P〈0.05],血氧饱和度在麻醉10rain开始下降[(98.00±1.07)%比(95.50±1.25)%,P〈0.05];呼吸频率与血氧进行pearsons相关分析具有正相关性(P〈0.05);电解质相应指标及葡萄糖水平趋于正常。结论吸入麻醉在犬实验中是安全有效的。Objective To investigate the anesthetic effect of inhalation anesthesia in dogs' experiments. Methods The 8 beagle dogs were injected after induction of anesthesia, to maintain anesthesia mask anesthesia machine. A series time of 10, 20, 60 and 120min were selected to observe biological reflex, sedation and analgesia, muscle relaxation and recovery time of the dogs before and after anesthesia;Venous blood was taken before anesthesia, 30, 60, 90 and 120min after anesthesia, and the level of electrolyte and glucose were measured. Results Effectiveness: The dog has no eyelids, no pain, no sensitivity to sound stimuli, no resistance to pull and stretch of the limbs and corneal, anal reflex; The average recovery time was (8.63 ± 1.41) min. Security:Compared with the beginning of anesthesia, the temperature at the beginning of anesthesia 20min decreased[(38.08 ± 0.25)℃C vs (37.50 ± 0.12)℃ , P 〈 0.05]. Respiratory rate decreased from the start of anesthesia 10min[(23.25 ± 3.69) time/min vs (20.00 ± 0.93) time/rain, P 〈 0.05]. Blood oxygen saturation in anesthesia 10min began to decline[ (98.00± 1.07 ) % vs (95.50± 1.25 ) %, P 〈 0.05]. The respiration rate and the blood oxygen saturation analysis of pearsons has a positive correlation(P 〈0.05).Electrolyte corresponding indexes and glucose level were remained at the normal level. Conclusions Inhalation anesthesia was safe and effective in dogs ' experiments.
