阿托伐他汀联合苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平治疗高血压合并冠心病患者临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的研究阿托伐他汀联合苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平治疗高血压合并冠心病患者临床疗效。方法 60例高血压合并冠心病患者,将其随机分为对照组与观察组,各30例。对照组患者采用苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平进行治疗,观察组患者在对照组治疗基础上加用阿托伐他汀进行治疗,比较两组患者的临床治疗效果及两组患者治疗前后的血压(舒张压、收缩压)水平以及血脂[总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三脂(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)]水平。结果观察组患者的临床治疗总有效率为93.33%,显著高于对照组的66.67%(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的舒张压、收缩压、TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿托伐他汀联合苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平治疗高血压合并冠心病患者临床疗效显著,能够有效改善患者的血压与血脂,在临床上值得广泛推广。Objective To study the clinical curative effect of atorvastatin combined with amlodipine besylate in the treatment of hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease. Methods A total of 60 hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received amlodipine besylate for treatment, and the observation group received atorvastatin on the basis of the control group. Comparison were made on clinical treatment effect, blood pressure（diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure） level and blood lipid [total cholesterol（TC）, triglycerides（TG）, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol（HDL-C） and low density lipoprotein cholesterol（LDL-C）] level before and after treatment in two groups. Results The observation group had obviously higher total clinical treatment effective rate as 93.33% than 66.67% in the control group（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the observation group had obviouslyl better diastolic blood pressure, systolic blood pressure, TC, TG, HDL-C and LDL-C than the control group, and their difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Combination of atorvastatin and amlodipine besylate shows significant clinical curative effect in the treatment of hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease, and it can effectively improve blood pressure and blood lipid of patients. So it is worth wide promotion in clinic.
