补肾壮骨法治疗绝经后骨质疏松症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探索补肾壮骨法用于绝经后骨质疏松症的治疗效果。方法 100例绝经后骨质疏松症患者,根据随机单盲法分为中药组(给予独活寄生汤治疗)和对照组[给予阿仑膦酸钠片(商品名:福善美)治疗],各50例。对比分析两组患者的治疗效果。结果中药组患者总有效率(96%)高于对照组(82%),差异具有统计学意义(χ~2=5.005,P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的跟骨骨密度T-Score评分、中医症候分值对比,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗3个月后,两组患者的跟骨骨密度T-Score评分、中医症候分值均优于治疗前,且中药组优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论补肾壮骨法用于绝经后骨质疏松症治疗中效果显著,有助于促进患者骨密度的提高,减轻临床症状,提高生活质量,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the treatment effect of Bushen Zhuanggu method applied in postmenopausal osteoporosis. Methods A total of 100 postmenopausal osteoporosis patients were divided by random single blind method into traditional Chinese medicine group（receiving Duhuo Jisheng decoction for treatment） and control group [receiving alendronate sodium tablets（trade name： Fosamax） for treatment], with 50 cases in each group. Treatment effect was compared and analyzed in two groups. Results Traditional Chinese medicine group had higher total effective rate as 96% than 82% in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance（χ^2=5.005, P〈0.05）. Before treatment, both groups had no statistically significant difference in calcaneus＇ bone mineral density T-Score score and traditional Chinese medicine symptom score（P〈0.05）. After 3 months of treatment, both groups had better calcaneus＇ bone mineral density T-Score score and traditional Chinese medicine symptom score than before treatment, and traditional Chinese medicine group was better than the control group. Their difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Bushen Zhuanggu method shows significant effect in treating postmenopausal osteoporosis, and it helps improve bone mineral density of patients, relieve clinical symptoms, and improve quality of life. This method is worth clinical promotion.
