全麻手术经口气管插管中达克罗宁胶浆的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨全身麻醉(全麻)手术经口气管插管中达克罗宁胶浆的应用价值。方法 96例全麻手术经口气管插管患者,随机分为实验组与对照组,各48例。实验组麻醉诱导前应用达克罗宁胶浆,对照组应用石蜡油。记录两组咽部与喉部黏膜反应评分,比较声嘶、咽痛、咳嗽视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分等指标。结果实验组术后的声嘶VAS评分为(11.23±13.46)分、咽痛VAS评分为(27.18±3.16)分,低于对照组的(19.26±18.24)分、(42.01±18.46)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组咳嗽VAS评分与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。实验组术后咽喉部黏膜反应评分为(1.24±3.47)分,低于对照组的(5.26±4.23)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者满意度为95.83%,高于对照组的81.25%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将达克罗宁胶浆积极用于全麻手术经口气管插管中,可降低神经冲动对患者的咽喉部造成的刺激程度,减轻疼痛,值得推广、借鉴。Objective To explore the application effect of dyclonine mucilagines in oral trachea cannula of general anaesthesia operation. Methods A total of 96 patients with oral trachea cannula of general anaesthesia operation were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 48 cases in each group. The experimental group received dyclonine mucilagines before anesthesia induction, and the control group received paroline. Records were made on pharyngeal and laryngeal mucosa reaction scores, and comparison was made on hoarseness, pharyngalgia, cough visual analogue scale （VAS） score in two groups. Results The experimental group had postoperative hoarseness VAS score as （11.23 ±13.46） points, pharyngalgia VAS score as （27.18 ± 3.16） points, which were lower than （19.26 ±18.24） and （42.01 ±18.46） points in the control group, and their difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. The experimental group had no statistically significant difference in cough VAS score comparing with the control group （P〉0.05）. The experimental group had lower postoperative throat mucosa reaction score as （1.24 ±3.47） points than （5.26 ±4.23） points in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. The experimental group had higher satisfaction degree as 95.83% than 81.25% in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Active application of dyclonine mucilagines in oral trachea cannula of general anaesthesia operation can decrease stimulation degree of nervous impulse for laryngeal part of pharynx in patients and alleviate the pain. This method is worth promoting and referring.
