氯沙坦联合灯盏花素片治疗慢性肾小球肾炎临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨氯沙坦联合灯盏花素片治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的临床疗效。方法 100例慢性肾小球肾炎患者,随机分为对照组及研究组,各50例。对照组应用氯沙坦治疗,研究组应用氯沙坦联合灯盏花素片治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果研究组总有效率96.0%高于对照组82.0%,差异具有统计学意义(χ~2=5.005,P=0.025<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率为4.0%,对照组不良反应发生率为6.0%,对比差异无统计学意义(χ~2=0.211,P=0.646>0.05)。结论慢性肾小球肾炎应用氯沙坦联合灯盏花素片治疗能够获得较好临床疗效,安全性高,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of losartan combined with Dengzhan Huasu tablets in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis. Methods A total of 100 chronic glomerulonephritis patients were randomly divided into control group and research group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received losartan for treatment, and the research group received losartan combined with Dengzhan Huasu tablets for treatment. Comparison were made on clinical curative effect and occurrence of adverse reactions in two groups. Results The research group had higher total effective rate as 96.0% than 82.0% in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance（χ^2=5.005, P=0.0250.05）. The research group had incidence of adverse reactions as 4.0%, while the control group had incidence of adverse reactions as 6.0%, and the difference had no statistical significance（χ^2=0.211, P=0.646〈0.05）. Conclusion Combination of losartan and Dengzhan Huasu tablets shows good clinical curative effect in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis with high safety, and it is worth clinical promotion.
