摘 要:研究了鸡脚叶与正常叶的两个近等基因系群体的产量、经济性状和抗红铃虫特性。结果表明:鸡脚叶对陆地棉产量和重要农艺性状无显著影响,但使纤维细度有显著改善,对纤维长度和强度的影响因遗传背景不同而异。鸡脚叶系前期收获的籽棉中红铃虫籽害率降低,但青铃受害程度则因遗传背景和鉴定方法不同而有差异。试验结果还表明,遗传背景影响鸡脚叶对红铃木的抗性,育种实践中应加强亲本的选配。The near isogenic lines were used for evaluating the effects of okra leaf shape on some important characters of cotton cultivars (G. hirsutum L. ) in Wuhan in 1984. The results indicated that the okra leaf shape had no significant effect on yield or other characters studied, but significantly increased fiber fineness. The effects of okra leaf shape on fiber length and strength were different in two genetic backgrounds. The okra leaf shape was associated with a reduction in the percentage of seeds damaged by Pink Bollworm ( PBW ) ( Pectinophora gossypiella Saund. ) in the first and second harvest date. The green boll percentages holed by PBW were different in two genetic backgrounds and two screening conditions.
