摘　　要：导演专业教学是以导演元素训练为基础而展开的,如同表演专业教学中的表演元素训练一样,可以分别和综合进行。对学生的导演素质、修养、能力和创作方法的培养,至关重要。只有具备扎实和牢靠的专业基础,才可能培养出有作为的导演人才。本文重点介绍导演创作中,也是戏剧艺术中不可缺少的元素,我们称之为"导演元素",是导演创作的根基,不可忽视。Just as in performance training, where element-training plays a key role, in direction teaching, element training whether individual or compound, is also vital to improving students＇ directing quality, art accomplishment, abilities and working methods, all of which pave the way to qualified directors. This paper introduces indispensable elements of theatre art in directing, namely ＂elements of directing＂, which form the foundation of directing.
