摘　　要：阐述了海南省医药卫生科技项目查新的现状,分析了海南省医药卫生科技项目查新目前存在的主要问题,提出了在海南医学院图书馆合理设置兼职查新岗位的策略,并提出了对兼职查新员制定完善的选拔、培养及激励机制的建议。This paper elaborates the current status of medicine and health sci-tech novelty retrieval in Hainan Province, analyzes the main existing problems at present, puts forward the strategy of reasonably setting part-time novelty retrieval post in Hainan Medical College Library, and finally gives suggestions on establishing a sound mechanism of selection, training and incentive for part-time novelty retrieval personnels.
