湖南融入“一带一路”战略的突破方向及对策

摘　　要："一带一路"连同长江经济带和长江中下游城市群建设三大发展战略为实现"创新型湖南"目标提供了发展机会。湖南将通过融入"一带一路"战略发展实现打造"国际的湖南"和"中国的湖南"双重目标,构建有利于多战略整合的合作机制和平台,最终成为湖南"十三五"期间经济发展新极点。Three major development strategies which ＂The One Belt and One Road Initiative＂ with the Yangtze River Economic Belt and the Urban Agglomeration construction on the Middle-Lower Yangtze River Belt provide development opportunities for ＂innovative Hunan＂ motivation. Based on the opportunity and advantage of Hunan, this paper puts forward that Hunan will realize the dual goal of＂International Hunan＂ and ＂China＇s Hunan＂ by means of integrating into ＂The Belt and Road Initiative＂, cooperation mechanism and platform, finally it will become the new stage of economic development during the 13th Five-Year Plan.
