摘　　要：对KJ-FMT1原油脱金属剂在中石化长岭分公司800万吨/年电脱盐装置上进行了工业标定,考察了脱金属剂对金属钙、铁的脱除效果,以及对装置和下游油品及外排切水的影响。结果表明,KJ-FMT1原油脱金属剂对钙、铁的脱除效果良好,而且对油品和外排切水的影响较小。The KJ-FMT1 demetallization agent for crude oil was evaluated lbr the decalcification and deferrization in the 8 million tons per year of crude electrical desalting unit of SINOPEC Changling Company, and the effect on the oil and discharged water was studied in detail. The results showed that the KJ-FMT1 agent exhibited average removal of calcium and iron effects and had a little influence on the oil and discharged water.
