摘　　要：知识产权是图书馆文化创意产品合理开发的基础,研究图书馆文化创意产品开发中知识产权侵权风险具有重要的应用价值与现实意义。图书馆文化创意产品开发具有文化属性、多样性、跨界融合等特征。图书馆文化创意产品开发在图书馆馆藏信息资源、产品设计的原创性、法律政策、管理体制、开发模式等方面容易造成知识产权侵权风险。现阶段,我国应强化知识产权授权、构建知识产权保护体系、加大知识产权意识的培育等,以规避图书馆文化创意产品开发中的知识产权侵权风险。The intellectual property is the basis of libraries＇ cultural and creative product development. Thus, it is of great value and pragmatic significance to examine the intellectual infringement risk in such context. Libraries＇ cultural and creative development has characteristics such as cultural, diversified, integrated, and so on. The development of libraries＇ cultural and creative products has the risk of infringing the intellectual property with regard to information resources of the library, originality in product design, policies and regulations, managerial system, development model, and etc. China should focus on enforcing authorization of the intellectual property, establishing a protection system of the intellectual property, educating the concept of the intellectual property, and so on, so as to eschew the infringement risk in developing libraries＇ cultural and creative products.
