摘　　要：目的探究针对接受股骨上段骨折手术治疗的老年患者实施腰丛-坐骨神经联合阻滞麻醉的临床应用效果。方法择取2015年1月—2016年6月我院收治的接受手术治疗的老年股骨上段骨折患者82例作为本次研究对象,遵照患者接受手术治疗的时间先后次序随机将其等分为研究组和参照组,每组各包含41例,参照组患者实施硬膜外麻醉,研究组患者实施腰丛-坐骨神经联合阻滞麻醉,观察比较两组患者的运动阻滞持续时间和感觉神经阻滞持续时间。结果研究组患者的运动阻滞持续时间短于参照组患者,而感觉神经阻滞持续时间长于参照组患者,组间数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施腰丛-坐骨神经联合阻滞麻醉处置能够显著缩短患者的运动阻滞持续时间,改善患者的整体性生存质量。Objective To explore for femoral fracture in the upper surgery treatment of aged patients with lumbar plexus and sciatic nerve block anesthesia clinical application effect. Methods From January 2015 to June 2016, 82 cases elderly patients with femoral fractures in the upper were chosen as the research object in the department surgery of our hospital, according to the patients received surgical treatment such as the time sequence of random divided into research group and control group, each group contains 41 cases, control group, epidural anesthesia for the patients with the team to implement lumbar plexus and sciatic nerve block anesthesia, watching the movement of two groups were compared block duration and duration of sensory nerve block. Results The patients with movement of the block duration was significantly shorter than the control group of patients, and duration of sensory nerve block was significantly longer than control group patients, data differences between groups with statistical significance （t）〈0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of lumbar plexus and sciatic nerve block anesthesia dispose can significantly shorten the duration of the movement of the block patients, improve the holistic quality of life of patients.
