干扰素治疗慢性病毒性肝炎合并肝源性糖尿病的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨干扰素抗病毒治疗对肝源性糖尿病患者血糖的影响。方法收集我院门诊及住院患者54例,随机分组治疗,其中干扰素组26例,恩替卡韦组28例,比较两组治疗前后肝功能指标及血糖水平。结果干扰素组及恩替卡韦组的总有效率,ALT变化,空腹血糖水平均差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论干扰素抗病毒治疗对于合并肝源性糖尿病的病毒性肝炎患者血糖无明显影响。Objective To investigate the effect of interferon antiviral therapy on blood glucose in patients with hepatic diabetes. Methods 54 paitents outpatient and inpatient were collected in our hospital randomly divided into two group, 26 patients in interferon group and 28 cases in entecavir group, compared hepatic function and blood glucose levels in two groups before and after treatment. Results There were no signiticant differences in interferon group and entecavir group on the teeatment efficiency, A LT level, fasting blood glucose levels （P〉0.05）. Conclusion The antiviral treatment of interferon has no significant effect on the blood glucose of patients with hepatic diabetes.
