摘　　要：目的对脑卒中患者施以综合护理措施,观察对其睡眠质量的影响。方法随机选取80例在我科接受治疗的脑卒中患者,选取时间在2016年6月—2017年1月。依据护理方法将患者分为对照组和实验组,对照组为常规护理,实验组为综合护理干预,观察临床护理效果。结果护理后,实验组患者的睡眠质量得到改善,改善效率高于对照组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对脑卒中患者施以综合护理干预措施,能够显著改善患者的睡眠质量,具有较高护理效果。Objective To evaluate the effect of comprehensive nursing on stroke patients. Methods 80 patients with stroke were enrolled in this study. The time range was from June 2016 to January 2017. According to the nursing method, the patients were divided into control group and experimental group. The control group was given routine nursing. The experimental group was treated with comprehensive nursing intervention, to observe the clinical nursing effect, Results After treatment, the sleep quality of the experimental group was significantly improved, the improvement efficiency was significantly higher than the control group, the difference between the groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）, Conclusion Comprehensive nursing interventions for stroke patients can significantly improve the quality of sleep in patients with high nursing effect.
