摘　　要：目的探讨脑出血手术患者应用护理干预的效果。方法按照随机数字法将我院接诊的脑出血手术患者60例分为两组,每组30例,对照组采取常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上实施人性化护理干预,比较两组患者止血有效率,以及护理前后焦虑(SAS)、抑郁(SDS)评分。结果研究组止血有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组护理前SAS、SDS评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但护理后研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将人性化护理干预应用在脑出血手术患者中不仅可以提高止血有效率,而且可改善患者负面情绪。Objective To investigate the effects of cerebral hemorrhage surgery patients given nursing interventions. Methods The method in accordance with a random number of hospital admissions of 60 patients with cerebral hemorrhage surgery were divided into two groups of 30 patients in the control group received usual care, the study group humanistic nursing intervention based o control group, comparison of the two groups patients with bleeding efficiency, as well as before and after nursing anxiety （SAS）, depression （SDS） score. Results The hemostatic efficiency of the study group was higher than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. There was no significant difference in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups before nursing （P 〉 0.05）. However, the nursing group was significantly lower than the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conelusion The application of humanistic nursing intervention in patients with cerebral hemorrhage surgery can not only improve the efficiency of bleeding, and may improve patient negative emotions.
